Obour City

"PHATRADE's head office, factory, laboratory, packing, and shipping departments are all located in our facility in Obour City, approximately 15 minutes from the airport. At this factory, we proudly produce a range of our products, including Chamomile Blue Oil, Cumin Oil, Parsley Oil, and several other essential oils."

Obour City Laboratory

One of the main reasons for the success of our company is quality control, research and development. Our laboratory has the best equipment in the Essential Oils Field. We have two GC units and all other necessary equipment. We have a very strict registration system which allows us to review any data even if it has passed many years. We also have a special system for keeping samples of goods exported for review at any time. R&D is an essential issue for us. This is carried with the help of our consultant from the universities and research centers with whom we have strong relations.

Sadat City Factory

"Sadat City Facility & Extraction Capabilities

Our Sadat City factory is strategically located 94 kilometers north-west of Cairo, along the Alexandria-Cairo desert road. This location offers the significant advantage of proximity to essential natural resources and raw materials.

Within this facility, we operate four independent extraction lines, comprising a total of 15 extractors. This setup enables us to produce four distinct products simultaneously. One of these lines is a complete Tournaire system, primarily utilized for the production of Jasmine and Bitter Orange concretes. Our other production lines, manufactured in Egypt, are dedicated to producing Violet, Geranium, Basil, Cassie concretes, and various other products."

Distillation

Distillation Capabilities

Within Sadat factory, we also operate two independent distillation units, equipped with a total of seven distillers. These units are responsible for producing a significant volume of Petitgrain Mandarin Oil (12-14 tons annually), along with Parsley Leaf Oil, Coriander Herb Oil, Geranium Oil, and various other products. This factory is expertly managed by skilled technicians who ensure that quality remains under rigorous control at all times."

Onion & Leek OIl

We have the production unit of Onion, Leek oil which is very important for us to meet our customers requirements.

We produce up to 700 Kg Onion Oil / up to 200 Kg Leek Oil.
